To be honest, the app overall is fairly easy to use, and I like having access to all my medical records in one place. I also like that I personally can see my blood tests in a good detail so I can be more involved through my appointments. Most of the time the app is easy to navigate. At first it was slightly annoying, but the more you use it, the easier it is. It makes it easier for refills and getting messages to your doctor. And you can message your doctor when you need it, review your test results in detail, and see all your medications and other things you need.
